Job Description
- Well versed with SD standard and localized scenarios
- Well versed with SAP SD configuration and processes related but not limited to Order to Cash lifecycle, Pricing, Billing and Revenue Recognition (RAR)
- Working experience on India/Mexico localization, tax procedures concepts and e-document;
- Knowledge on ABAP programming (debugging);
- Experience developing/deployment as SD resource on projects and strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA (1 full implementation desired)
- SAP SD Specialist - 4-5 years experience
- Ability to work on production support tickets, Change requests and Enhancements, the Q2B offshore specialist will act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and resolving operational problems. Working in partnership with other Q2B team members --
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Work self-directed and independently; act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
