We are currently seeking a Sr. ServiceNow ITOM developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITOM, with preferred experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and integration management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end ITOM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and develop ITOM (Discovery) solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Core Skills:
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery) and related modules.
- Strong proficiency in building and managing integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs).
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with ITSM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Service Portal customization and development.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
