Salesforce Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Development and Customization:

• Oversee the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Ensure that the Salesforce platform is configured to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.

Administration and Configuration:

• Manage Salesforce administrative functions, including user access, security settings, and data integrity.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, modules, and objects to align with organizational needs.

Integration and Data Management:

• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Implement data management best practices to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Salesforce data.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Vendor Management:
