Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver custom Salesforce features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Build reusable Lightning Components, triggers, and workflows to enhance platform functionality.

Integration Development

• Create and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), or Salesforce Connect.

Platform Customization and Configuration

• Configure and optimize Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.

Data Management

• Develop and manage data models, perform data migrations, and ensure data quality and integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Collaboration and Requirement Gathering

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and specifications.

Performance Optimization

• Continuously assess and improve Salesforce system performance, usability, and user experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges proactively.

Documentation and Compliance

• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and processes.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 68 years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in:
• Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Deployment Tools (e.g., Change Sets, Metadata API, VS Code with Salesforce Extensions).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security features and sharing settings.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to have skills

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Copado.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industry Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing).
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for customizing interfaces.
