Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Salesforce Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and optimize workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and maintain code quality.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Object Model, Data Management, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience in developing and integrating APIs (REST/SOAP) with Salesforce.
• Good to have familiarity with CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Mandatory certification: Platform Developer I.
