Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Salesforce CRM Customization & Maintenance : Customise and maintain Salesforce implementations in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds to meet dynamic business needs.

- Business Collaboration & Requirements Gathering : Conduct needs assessments with business users, draft scopes of work, and create functional specifications for new or modified applications.

- Solution Design & Deployment : Gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy them using best practices, ensuring that solutions are high-performing, reusable, and reliable.

- Apex Development & Customization : Develop robust Apex code, leveraging Salesforce capabilities (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components), and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Administration & Security Management : Oversee Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Models, and Security settings, maintaining integrity in Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.

- System Integrations : Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP 12.2.6) using REST APIs and Web Services, with experience in MuleSoft for integration.

- Testing, Debugging, & Stakeholder Training : Support QA testing, conduct code debugging, ensure seamless deployment, and provide user training on new features to business stakeholders.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Resolve complex issues, provide workarounds, and ensure timely fixes; offer daily end-user support and training.

- Primary Development Lead : Serve as the lead developer, utilising core Salesforce languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, REST APIs

Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Certifications : Must possess at least two of the following: Salesforce Administrator, PD1, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.

Experience : Minimum 4.5 years in Salesforce development across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds

Key Skills and Competencies :

Technical Proficiency : Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, VisualforceREST APIs, MuleSoft, ERP integration

Functional Skills :

- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution documentation skills

- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, security, and object modelling

- Communication & Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Adaptability & Multi-tasking : Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
