Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Solution Design : Lead the design, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions that meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal integration and user experience.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) : Develop and manage integration strategies using OIC to facilitate seamless data flow between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems, enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Application Development with VBCS : Utilise VBCS to build and extend applications, providing intuitive interfaces and enhancing core HCM functionalities.
- BPM Workflows : Design, implement, and manage BPM workflows to automate and optimise HR processes, ensuring scalable and responsive solutions that align with business objectives.
- Data Management & Reporting : Oversee data migration, reporting, and analytics within Oracle HCM, ensuring data accuracy and supporting decision-making with actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, execute solutions, and support end-users, fostering a collaborative approach to solution delivery.
- Troubleshooting & Support : Address technical issues promptly, offering proactive and reactive support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay informed of Oracle HCM updates and best practices, proactively identifying areas for optimization and recommending enhancements to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with demonstrated expertise in OIC, VBCS, and BPM workflows.
Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, including module-specific functionalities, HCM data models, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Project Management : Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an emphasis on timely delivery and quality.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently, with a strategic mindset for long-term solution sustainability.
- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications : Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred.
- Additional Oracle Cloud Expertise : Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Process Improvement Mindset : Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvements in a dynamic environment.
