Role : Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Location : Kochi Kerala

Key Responsibilities :

1. Salesforce CPQ Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations, specifically for tangible and intangible products, ensuring that configurations align with industry best practices and company needs.

2. Product and Pricing Rule Optimization :

- Develop, configure, and optimise Product Rules, Price Rules, and discount schedules to meet dynamic business demands and deliver a seamless user experience.

3. Subscription & Renewal Process Automation :

- Automate subscription management and renewal processes, enabling accurate revenue recognition and a streamlined customer experience.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align Salesforce CPQ functionalities with organisational goals and drive process improvements.

5. Maintenance, Support, and Enhancements :

- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for Salesforce CPQ configurations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.

6. Documentation & Training :

- Conduct training for team members on Salesforce CPQ usage and develop comprehensive documentation for new features and best practices.

Requirements :

- Minimum Years of Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation, with proven expertise in handling both tangible and intangible products.

- Salesforce CPQ Expertise : Product Rules : Extensive experience in setting up conditions, validations, and product rules for complex pricing models.

- Price Rules : Proficiency with discount schedules, price books, and pricing strategies tailored for business needs.

- Subscriptions & Renewals : Strong knowledge of subscription management, recurring revenue setup, and automated renewal processes.

- Certification : Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is preferred.

- Analytical & Project Management Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities to drive CPQ solutions from concept to execution.
