Salesforce CPQ Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline the quote-to-cash process.

- Collaborate with sales and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.

- Customize Salesforce CPQ features, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.

- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations, including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages as needed.

- Optimize and troubleshoot CPQ processes to improve efficiency and user experience.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure seamless data flow.

- Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ functionalities and best practices.

- Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ best practices, features, and updates to enhance the platform.

- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements.

- Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to define pricing models and discount structures.

- Develop and maintain product bundles, pricing rules, and quote templates.

- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for CPQ users.

- Analyze and troubleshoot CPQ-related issues, ensuring a smooth sales process.

- Collaborate with IT to ensure proper integration between Salesforce CPQ and other systems.

- Stay updated on CPQ best practices and Salesforce releases to leverage new features.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and administration.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and pricing strategies.

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce CPQ certification.

- Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
