Zonal Sales Manager - Aurangabad

Role & responsibilities

• Delivery of sales targets through demand generation & Demand Fulfilment- along with efficiency in collections & sales returns.
• Preparation of short and long term operational plans & their execution to perfection- In collaboration with other other stakeholders.
• Ensuring robust adherence to business processes and right services to customers (farmers & channel partners) in increasing their productivity/profitability.
• Craft annual sales strategies to maximize potential, including product positioning, pricing, promotion, and packaging.
• Manage distribution channels and build strong trade relationships.
• Coach and motivate your team to consistently exceed sales target
