Partners to join our team and drive our growth in this key area.
Position Summary: The Vice President of Sales for Channel Partners will be responsible for
developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our network of channel
partners, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence. This role requires a strategic
thinker with a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep
understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and
expand the channel partner network.
o Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential partners to
maximize growth opportunities. • Channel Partner Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
o Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
o Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to ensure their success
and alignment with company goals.
• Revenue Growth:
o Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.
o Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or
exceed targets.
o Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional
materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. • Market Analysis:
o Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends,
competitor activities, and customer needs.
o Use insights to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
o Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team
members.
