Role: Deputy Manager / Manager - Sales (OEM)
Job Location: Delhi
Qualification : BE/B.Tech
Experience : 6-10 Years Experience in bearing & bearing parts sales to automotive / automobile industry.
Responsibilities:
a) Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
b) Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
c) Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
e) Plan for monthly and annual sales target in OEM segment by visiting the customer site, monitoring customer's production plans and scout for new business opportunities to increase sales revenues.
f) Implement payment collection plans by keeping track of payment receivables from customers, mobilizing sales service representatives for follow ups and personally visit customers to minimize overdue
g) Responsible for new business development & sales activities for International market & Pan India.
h) Responsible for new Project execution and support project planning activities
i) Handling budgetary quote, Project quote, Raw material & Logistics cost indexing.
j) Activities - Customer mapping, competitor business analysis, RFQ review, Quote submission, Technical review, commercial discussion, order closing, PMO release, Proto-type execution, PPAP Approval, series demand planning, Logistics support and payment collection.
k) Good Knowledge of market demand and demand execution.
l) Monitor new customer's production schedule and scout for opportunities of new projects with the customer by coordinating activities at the back end with R&D and production and monitoring the progress on the project through close coordination with the customer.
m) Ensure timely delivery of bearings at the customer's end by providing inputs to production schedule, managing commercial parameters and coordinating dispatch schedule with warehouses to meet commitments given to the customer.
n) Act as a point of contact between company and Customer and receive customer complaints and business queries and coordinate internally to respond to the customer in an effective and timely manner
o) NPD - 100% Ramp- Up; New Product Development CFT Coordination.
p) Customer Relationship Management & Customer Satisfaction Level Improvement.
q) Participate in training for behavioral and technical skill set improvement
