Massive Mobility is looking to hire a dynamic, high-energy sales professional with 3+ years of experience handling post-sales partnerships and business development to help grow its EV Charging business.
Massive Mobility is developing the next stack of technologies to drive EV adoption faster in India. Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com) - an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management. We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- EV Charger Sales (KEY KRA)- Inbound leads. Work on converting inbound EV Charger Sales leads.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base by prospecting and acquiring new clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including EV fleet operators, government agencies, corporate buyers, and individual consumers. Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identifying key market segments, setting sales targets, and forecasting sales volumes. Conduct market research, cold calling, networking at industry events, and collaborating with marketing teams to generate leads.
- Forge Tie-ups with EV Dealerships and OEMs
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions to optimize sales processes.
- Customer Feedback and Product Development: Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to relay customer insights and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and EV manufacturing and sales certifications.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Strategic sales experience in Electric Vehicle/Automotive
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, set processes from scratch and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, building, managing and encouraging sales teams with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Relevant knowledge of safety requirements within EV charging or electrical infrastructure
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strategic and leadership competencies
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate with relevant experience
