Senior research Associate/Scientist - Upstream (Biologics)

Role & responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience with the bioreactors like 1L, 10L, and 100L and operating with sterile and expect zero contamination/failure of batch trail.
2. Media and feeds, buffer preparation executes without error, and that is sterile by filtration/autoclave.
3. The candidate should know the filtering techniques, and the feeds & media need to be handled with sterile operation.
4. CIP and SIP of the bioreactors and make it ready to use anytime.
5. To ensure the equipment and instrument availability & calibration, and if there is any breakdown of the equipment or techniques, to make a troubleshooting and successfully reach a goal.
6. Downstream process: To handle/develop the area of the HPLC like Affinity, AEX, CEX, and SEC chromatography techniques.
7. To be handle the protein purification and estimation techniques of like SDS page, Elisa-radioimmuno assay, and Western blotting techniques.
8. Planning and executing the day-to-day activities without error.
9. The candidate should know the technical skills of mass transfer co efficient of bioreactors and process parameter measurements and method validation processes.
10. To be give the training to the new joinings/juniors and manage with them without conflict to achieve the target result.
11. Data plotting: experimental studies data to be collected and checked in the comparable study.
