Job Description
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector using various channels (online research, industry events, etc.).
- Product Presentation: Become an expert on the product, clearly articulating its features, benefits, and value proposition to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points to tailor your approach.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the sales process, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
- Bachelors degree: Preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to Learn: A passion for the fintech industry and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems and other sales tools.
