Job Description
- Strategic Prospecting: Utilize your industry knowledge to identify and engage high-value prospects within the BFSI sector.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the credit underwriting process and demonstrating how CART can solve their specific challenges.
- Deal Negotiation: Confidently negotiate deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both Novel Patterns and our clients.
- Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Sales Team Leadership: Potentially mentor and train junior sales team members (depending on experience level).
- 2+ years experience: Proven track record in inside sales, preferably within the financial technology or BFSI industry.
- In-depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit underwriting processes, CAM automation, and BFSI standards.
- Results-Oriented: A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Networking Skills: Ability to build and leverage a strong network within the industry.
