Oracle Technical Consultant - HCM Module (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for various HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.

- Configure and customize the system to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and configuration guides.

2. Data Migration :

- Design and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.

- Utilize tools like FBDI to load data into the HCM Cloud environment.

- Validate data integrity and accuracy post-migration.

3. Reporting and Analytics :

- Develop custom reports and analytics using BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.

- Create dashboards and visualizations to provide valuable insights to business users.

- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.

4. Troubleshooting and Support :

- Identify and resolve technical issues and errors in the HCM Cloud environment.

- Provide technical support to end-users and functional consultants.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and data inconsistencies.

5. Best Practices and Standards :

- Adhere to Oracle's best practices and standards for HCM Cloud implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest HCM Cloud features and functionalities.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations

- Strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management

Hands-on experience with at least two of the following technical tools :

- Fast Formulas

- HCM Extracts

- Integrations (OIC)

- BI Publisher

- HDL

- OTBI

- Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and data quality assurance

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
