Key Result Area:

Engagement and Interaction:

• Assist in the creation and implementation, in coordination with management, of a risk based annual Compliance Plan each year.
• Ensure continued compliance with Company policies, including monitoring and remediation of audit issues as well as pro-active communications on key Legal and Compliance Issues.
• Develop and conduct business friendly training across the organisation focused on legal and compliance issues that affect the organisation. Including, Anti-Bribery, Data Privacy, Code of Conduct and Legal Contracts.
• Assist in the oversight of the organisation s Whistle-blower hotline, ensure issues are appropriately investigated, recorded and remediation items followed up timely.
• Implementing new compliance initiatives and working with management to continually improve existing compliance risk management and governance practices;
• Perform pre-acquisition due diligence reviews on high risk acquisitions and perform post-completion Compliance audits in conjunction with the Internal Audit team on key risks to the organisation.
• Continued development of Group s Enterprise Risk Management ( ERM ) framework and driving operating efficiencies whilst minising risk exposure across the Group
