Your Will be's :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and using data insights to optimize strategies
- Catering to all recruitment requirements of the business and smooth closing of hiring process within TAT & optimized source mix.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals etc.) to identify and engage high-quality candidates
- Working closely with management, planning strategies for the end-to-end hiring process.
- Carrying out the offer-making process and negotiating with the candidates on C&B.
The Ideal "Noisemaker":
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in TA in a fast-paced organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, with a passion for talent acquisition
- Preferred to have done leadership hiring. Have done market benchmarking, and competition mapping in previous roles.
