Your will-be's:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure the business is well-positioned for growth.
- Support managers with Individual Development and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Design and implement talent development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and enhance employee capabilities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and innovation.
- Foster a positive work environment and spearhead employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze exit surveys and develop engagement strategies.
- Provide guidance on HR policies.
- Support business leaders with effective coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
- Handle employee relation issues consistently, balancing business needs and company risk.
The Ideal Noisemaker:
- Substantial experience in human resources management, with a minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible roles in HR.
- Strong capability in organizational development, transformation, and developing organizational culture
- Providing daily support and guidance to key stakeholders and departments across the business. Extensive experience in formulating and implementing HR strategies that are aligned to and drive business imperatives.
- Exceptional business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and capability of driving change and navigating ambiguity.
