Role & Responsibilities:

- As the Chief of Staff at Noise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness of the company.

- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and operational excellence to support the rapid growth and evolution of our brand.

- Translate the founder's vision & priorities into insights & actionable

- Oversee cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives

- Assist in the development of business plans, including market entry strategies, product expansion, and revenue growth initiatives

- Monitor performance against targets, identify areas of concern, and recommend corrective actions.

- Act as a sounding board and strategic partner for the founder for new ideas and initiatives

- Create necessary presentations, data & reports for internal & external forums, meetings, and reviews

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and capitalize on business opportunities

Requirement:

- MBA from a Premier B-School

- 8-12 yrs years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or as chief of staff. Prior experience in a high-growth start-up will be an added advantage

- Ability to structure, summarize & present complex topics effectively

- Strong executive presence with the ability to manage a high-intensity, high-growth environment

- Comfortable in multitasking and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive initiatives

- Entrepreneurial / founder experience is good to have with high learning agility & growth mindset
