Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with up to two years of experience who is enthusiastic about contributing to a high-performing team. You will assist in driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and managing marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Help manage and maintain the sales pipeline, track leads, and provide regular updates to the sales head.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support the sales team’s efforts.
- Coordinate with clients and prospects to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
2. Marketing Coordination:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, analysing key metrics and providing insights for improvement.
3. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing materials, and processing sales orders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Up to two years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends.
