Job Description: Sales Support Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent support in lead generation, client follow-ups, coordination, and preparation of sales-related materials. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Revenue Generation: Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Sales Assistance: Assist the sales team in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to client needs.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with clients and prospects to ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and contracts.
Coordination: Facilitate smooth coordination between internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
CRM Management: Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability in cold calling and lead nurturing
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to create high-quality sales documents
Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to support revenue generation efforts
