Finance Executive

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

• Day to day admin and accounting tasks
• Coordination with the Company CA & CS
• Bank Reconciliation
• Handling Cash Flow Statements
• Maintaining Bank Pass Books
• Manage Payments via Cheque, NEFT, RTGS
• Manage daily expenses/voucher of office staff
• Handle Payroll of staff
• Invoice Processing
• Monitor company accounts to ensure payments to be up to date.
• Handling TDS & Service Tax
• Client file & ledger maintenance.

OTHER IMP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce month-to-month reports.
• Prepare analysis of Income.
• Advice the management on how to handle the finances better
• Work constantly towards minimizing the costs.

What are we looking for in you - with regards to skill

• Minimum 1 years of experience handling accounts
• Some knowledge about filing I.T Returns & Service-tax returns
• Knowledge of BRS.
• Expert level knowledge of Tally Erp9, Tally9,
• Knowledge of E-Filling & E-Accounting.
• Good Knowledge of Accounting & Statutory Forms
• Basic knowledge of Statutory Audit.

It would be good & preferred if

• You have worked under a CA
• You have some prior work experience as an accounts executive in any web-development company or a software company
• Being a qualified CA in not mandatory, however a graduation or post graduation with finance as a major is a must

• Role & responsibilities
• requirement to hire an individual with experience in end-to-end material movement handling. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing DC, GRN, PO, and E-way bill processes. Additionally,
