Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Handles dispatch, loading, inspections of materials

- Handles filing of documents related to procurement

- To control the Store Inventory and other parts of logistics concerning material etc.

- Be well aware of Store Register and ins and outs of the material.

- Reconciliation of Stock and machinery at sites and central warehouse

- Co-ordination and planning with material supplier vendors for regular material supply.

- Oversee the reconciliation of machinery and equipment at the conclusion / long break of projects, ensuring accurate records, proper returns, and addressing any discrepancies.

- Ensure alignment between purchase orders and invoices, verifying accuracy in quantities, pricing, and terms, and addressing any discrepancies in coordination with the finance and procurement teams
