Compensation:
● In-Hand Salary: ₹16,800 - ₹17,500
● Provident Fund (PF): ₹3,600
● Petrol Allowance: ₹100 / Day
● Incentives: Up to ₹5,500

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the work of Field Executives in assigned locations.
• ​Investigate customer complaints or doubtful activities reported against Field Executives.
• ​Visit the reported location, engage with the customer, and identify any errors or issues.
• ​Highlight mistakes made by the Field Executive and document findings.
• ​Prepare a detailed report of the investigation and submit it to the company.
• ​Conduct a minimum of 2 visits per day and a maximum of 4 visits per day based on

workload and distance.

Additional Information

• This is a field-intensive role, requiring frequent travel.
• The candidate should be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Telugu is essential.
