Job Title: Field Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide agents in their daily tasks.
2. Train agents on: 
3. Using the GLC App.
4. Process Training to the agents.
5. Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback.
6. Ensure all property details and documents are correctly uploaded and updated in the GLC App.
7. Conduct regular meetings with agents to share updates, resolve issues, and align on goals.
8. Assist agents in addressing client queries and preparing for site visits.
9. Prepare and submit reports on agent performance and app usage to management.
10. Ensure agents follow company policies and maintain professionalism.
