The Sales Executive will focus on generating leads and closing deals to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Conduct property site visits and presentations to potential buyers.
- Needs Assessment: Understand clients' needs and provide them with suitable property options.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
