Real Estate - Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and contact prospective clients through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with information on our projects and offers.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Planet Green offerings to effectively present benefits and features to clients.
• Site Visits: Arrange and accompany clients on on-site visits, offering a personalized experience and addressing queries.
• Negotiation & Closure: Manage the sales process from inquiry to closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Documentation: Assist clients with required documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, and keep track of sales targets and achievements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated: Highly driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication channels.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel within Hyderabad and surrounding areas for client meetings and site visits.
