Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Document Collection Executives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth loan processing by efficiently collecting, verifying, and submitting essential customer documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to customer locations for document collection.
• Verify the authenticity and completeness of all collected documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all collected documents and customer interactions.
• Ensure timely submission of collected documents to the processing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to document collection.
• Resolve any customer queries or issues related to document collection.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
