Position Overview:
-To drive sales and promote SAP solutions to new and existing customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing the value of SAP products, and building strong relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare Proposals, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with SAP account manager to maximize sales opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Product Knowledge and Presentation
- Gain a deep understanding of SAP solutions and other related products.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and to highlight the value of SAP solutions.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Familiarity with SAP products.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales revenue and growth targets.
- Expansion of client portfolio and retention rates.
- Number of successful deals closed and implementation projects initiated.
- Familiarity with SAP products including fulfilment of PartnerEdge (tool for SAP Partners) requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales of SAP solutions with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
