1.Managing Sales of Home Loans product Sourcing business through open market through different channels / activities 3. Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs 4. Setting of branch team with entry level executives for direct sales. 5. Fulfilling the leads, Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target. 6. Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation. 7. Accountable for achieving Sales and Revenue Target for a Branch through direct efforts or through assigned relationship (through the Team Handling of Onroll & Offroll executives). 8. Responsibility complies of entire branch handling which is assigned. 9. Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals 10. Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan 11. Ensure the achievement of given business target 12. Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales 13. Responsible in conversion of leads 14. Responsible for all system work Like Login files, Legal, Technical update & Disbursement of Files 15. Ensuring business compliances as per laid down processes Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile 1. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 4 & + years of corporate Core sales & Marketing experience including interaction with a large customer base. 2. Team Handling Exposure is must / Branch level handling will be ideal. 2. Should have Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required 3. Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Access is added advantage. 5. The candidate should be of type: Go- Getter 6. A Potential candidate who can do high conversions 7. Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
