Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Quota Management: Responsible for the enterprise and SMB account quota within the region/territory.
• Strategic Planning: Plan acquisition and farming strategies for named enterprise accounts.
• Forecasting: Accurately forecast numbers for the assigned set of accounts.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrate strong team and organizational collaboration skills.
• Networking: Build and maintain a professional network with colleagues, peers, and customers to share information and identify prospects.
• Principal Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with peers in principal organizations

Skills:

• Account Management: Experience managing enterprise and SMB accounts within the region with established connections.
• Cyber and Network Security Expertise: At least 3 years of experience selling Cyber and Network Security solutions.
• Technical Knowledge:

o Strong understanding of End Point Security, Perimeter Security Solutions, and Cloud
Security.

o Experience selling SaaS-based solutions is a plus

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Performance Track Record: Proven and consistent performer with a history of success.
