Job Summary :

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced SW Lead Developers to join our dynamic team.

You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for our cutting-edge optical networking products.

This role requires strong technical expertise in C++, Linux, and a deep understanding of optical networking technologies.

You will lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Design, develop, and test high-quality C++ code on Linux platforms.

- Contribute to the architecture and design of software components for ROADM, Transponder, SONET/SDH, OTN, and Ethernet services.

- Implement and integrate software components with hardware platforms.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, product managers, and QA.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in optical networking.

- Contribute to the development of software documentation.

- Work with and integrate third-party software, open-source software, and various tools.

- Utilize and implement APIs like OpenAPI/OpenConfig/TIP for network management and control.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong proficiency in C++ programming language.

- Extensive experience with Linux operating system.

- Deep understanding of optical networking technologies, including ROADM, Transponder, SONET/SDH, OTN, and Ethernet services.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with OpenAPI, OpenConfig, and TIP.

- Experience in integrating software with hardware platforms.

- Familiarity with various software development tools.

- Experience working with third-party software and open-source software.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- 8-12 years of relevant software development experience
