Agile Delivery Lead - SFDC Development (7-12 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Lead to guide and empower our SFDC development team in Hyderabad.

This role is crucial in driving the successful delivery of large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce product programs.

You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment, championing Agile principles, and ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be both a coach and a facilitator, removing roadblocks and enabling the team to reach its full potential.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the SFDC development team, fostering a self-organizing and high-performing environment.

- Champion Agile principles and practices, ensuring their effective implementation within the team.

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

- Effectively manage the product backlog and sprint backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.

- Influence and align stakeholders on project goals and priorities.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, technical best practices, and career development.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

- Proactively identify and remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.

- Escalate issues as needed and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.

- Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage tasks, and generate reports.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key metrics.

- Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud to guide the team in developing effective and scalable solutions.

- Contribute to technical discussions and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or similar role, leading large-scale, enterprise product programs.

- Proven experience leading SFDC development teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.

- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its functionalities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.

- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e., SAFe) is a plus.

- Experience with other project management tools is a plus
