We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager (ABM) with 8+ years in brand and marketing to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional skilled in brand management, customer insights, and creative agency coordination, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies to enhance our brand impact and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Lead brand strategy development and execution, ensuring consistent brand positioning and identity across all channels. Oversee brand guidelines and champion brand integrity internally and externally.
Customer Insights: Drive consumer research and market analysis, transforming insights into strategic actions. Monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
Creative Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with creative agencies, from campaign ideation to execution. Provide clear briefs, oversee project timelines, and evaluate campaign performance to ensure brand objectives are met.
Brand Alliances and Activations: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to increase brand reach and relevance. Plan and execute high-impact brand activations that foster meaningful connections with target audiences.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with effective brand resources, tools, and training that enhance brand representation and support sales objectives. Collaborate to create materials that reinforce brand identity and messaging.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply a data-oriented approach to track and evaluate brand initiatives, reporting on key metrics to optimize brand performance. Use data to refine strategies, focusing on measurable impact.
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in customer insights and the ability to translate data into actionable brand strategies.
Creative agency coordination experience, managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion.
