Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller / Associate Pre-sales to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO, Voice process or calling environment. As a Telecaller cum Associate Pre-sales, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients, qualifying leads and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads
• Introduce our company's products to potential clients and generate interest
• Qualify leads by understanding the client's requirements and budget
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions
• Stay updated on industry trends and product/service knowledge to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or calling background
• Experience in US calling is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to engage with potential clients and build rapport over the phone
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
