Head of Operations

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the companys overall goals and vision.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Monitor progress and performance against strategic objectives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including sales, Business analytics, CRM, Technical services and other operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization throughout the organization.
• Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to department heads and operational teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, partners, and regulators.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Head of Operations or Vice President of Operations.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of business operations, financial management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
