Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized CRM Coordinator to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth integration, data integrity, and that our CRM supports business objectives by enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management:
    • Administer and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring accurate customer data and engagement tracking.
    • Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to measure customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Data Management & Integrity:
    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer data in the CRM system.
    • Perform regular audits to clean and update customer records.
    • Maintain and monitor the CRM database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and customer outreach strategies.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance to provide insights for future improvements.
    • Segment and target specific customer groups based on CRM data for tailored marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless CRM usage and alignment with business goals.
    • Provide CRM training and support to staff to ensure effective use of the system.
    • Support customer engagement strategies by leveraging CRM tools and features.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Generate and analyze reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing campaign outcomes.
    • Present actionable insights to management for decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CRM management or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of marketing automation tools and email platforms.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment (e.g., sales, marketing, or customer service).
