Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive with proficiency in Gujarati/Punjabi & Kannada Language to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in Gujarati/Punjabi/Kannada to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Responsible to covert leads to sales.
After the sale is closed, follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied with the purchase.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service strategies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Key Skills: Fluency in Gujarati/Punjabi/Kannada (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
