Job Description

The HRBP Chief Manager is responsible for leading the HR Business Partnering (HRBP) function, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and driving workforce effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop talent strategies, enhance organizational culture, and implement HR initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring effective support for business units.
  • Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development programs.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and workforce planning strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and best HR practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
