Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

● Partner with department heads to address HR needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
● Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
● Handle employee relations, grievance management, and support a positive workplace culture.
● Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
● Contribute to performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
● Assist with employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
● Maintain HR data and generate regular reports on HR metrics.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
● Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
