Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to address HR needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and support a positive workplace culture.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Contribute to performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
• Maintain HR data and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
