Head - Business & Marketing Analytics

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven professional to join our team as Head - Business & Marketing Analytics. The ideal candidate will lead the analytics function, leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making across business operations and marketing. This role requires expertise in business analytics, marketing analytics tools, predictive modeling, and data-driven strategy formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analytics: Analyze company performance, operational efficiency, and revenue trends to provide actionable insights.
• Marketing Analytics: Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns, customer acquisition costs (CPL), and conversion rates to improve ROI.
• Predictive Modeling: Develop forecasting models for demand prediction, customer segmentation, and churn analysis using machine learning techniques.
• Data Strategy & Governance: Establish best practices for data collection, processing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• KPI Tracking: Define and track key business metrics, including seeding percentage, pricing impact, and lead qualification.
• Customer Insights: Use data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and lifetime value to drive personalization strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align data insights with business objectives.
• Technology & Tools: Leverage advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, etc.) for real-time decision-making.
• Automation & AI: Identify opportunities to automate reporting and leverage AI-driven insights for enhanced decision-making.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in business and marketing analytics, with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and performance tracking.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
