What You'll Do:
- Design and execute strategies to achieve sales order targets and revenue growth, ensuring strong performance across the presales team.
- Oversee and streamline lead management processes, ensuring high-quality lead engagement and conversion at each stage of the funnel.
- Drive efforts to maximize lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-order conversion rates, ensuring high levels of success at each touchpoint.
- Monitor and improve the percentage of scheduled appointments that are attended, ensuring optimal show rates.
- Ensure all presales interactions meet defined quality standards through regular evaluations and feedback sessions with the team.
- Track and enhance agent productivity metrics, including average orders per agent and appointment-setting efficiency.
- Manage the handling of urgent and priority leads, ensuring high turnaround times (TAT) for maximum operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align presales strategies with the company's broader business and revenue objectives.
- Implement training programs to improve the team's product knowledge, skills, and process expertise, ensuring high performance across the board.
- Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights that improve team efficiency and lead to better outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in presales, sales, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in leading presales teams, with a strong focus on driving revenue and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in managing CRM tools and presales systems, with a deep understanding of sales funnels and appointment-setting processes.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive growth.
- A proactive and strategic approach to optimizing presales operations and delivering business results
