As a Prinicpal Account Manager at Emerson Test & Measurement (T&M), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships and positioning Emerson s T&M products and services as solutions to the customers needs. You will deeply understand the market trends and investments in various industries namely Life Sciences/Medical Devices, Electrical Machinery and Energy to identify opportunities and drive demand. Your leadership in cross-functional collaboration will help establish Emerson T&M as a trusted advisor.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Strategic Growth: Develop winning strategies and account plans to achieve consistent growth within Leading customers in Life Sciences/Medical Devices, Electrical Machinery & Energy
Relationship Management: Expand influence by cultivating and maintaining senior-level relationships for transparent communication.
Account Leadership: Lead Emerson T&M s strategy, coordinating internal resources to optimize market penetration and build credibility.
Executive Alignment: Establish executive-level connections between Emerson T&M and the customer to drive engagement and mutual success.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Partner with different business units to identify and act on growth opportunities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Experience: 15+ years in B2B sales or related customer-facing roles, with a proven record of revenue growth in complex accounts.
Location: Based in Bangalore
Technical Expertise: Experience in selling electronic Test & Measurement solutions
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience in collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
