Job Description
- Develop Automated Test Scripts: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
- Test Automation Frameworks: Build, implement, and improve automation frameworks to facilitate efficient and effective testing.
- Test Execution Reporting: Execute automated tests, monitor results, and generate detailed reports on defects, issues, and progress.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with the development team to understand new features, requirements, and design specifications to create accurate and efficient test cases.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new updates and releases don t negatively impact existing functionality.
- Performance Testing: Perform load and stress testing to ensure scalability and optimal performance of web and mobile applications.
- Bug Identification Documentation: Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and work with the development team to resolve them promptly.
- Continuous Integration (CI): Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and code quality.
- Test Coverage Optimization: Ensure maximum test coverage by writing comprehensive and efficient test scripts and optimize automation processes for speed and reliability.
Skills Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing, with hands-on experience in both web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Test Automation Tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar tools.
- Strong Programming Skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with Web App Design: Solid understanding of web and mobile application design, as well as responsive and adaptive design principles.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze software requirements and design automated test scripts accordingly.
- Bug Tracking Test Management: Experience using bug tracking and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of SDLC Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a thorough approach to testing and documentation.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
