Senior Oracle EPM Consultant - Support & Implementation (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EPM Consultant/Senior Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Planning solutions, including both custom and out-of-the-box modules. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and optimizing calculation scripts, interpreting complex technical requirements, and building effective solutions. Strong expertise in report writing is essential to deliver insightful and actionable outputs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM Planning solutions.

- Develop and optimize calculation scripts and business rules for efficient performance.

- Interpret complex business and technical requirements to create scalable solutions.

- Configure and customize out-of-the-box and custom Oracle EPM modules.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle EPM reporting tools.

- Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

- Ensure system stability, security, and performance optimization.

- Support and troubleshoot Oracle EPM applications, resolving technical issues.

- Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and IT, to enhance EPM solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning implementation and support.

- Expertise in developing and optimizing calculation scripts and business rules.

- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM modules, including Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, and Financial Planning.

- Hands-on experience in report writing using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), or Narrative Reporting.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy and MDX.

- Experience with EPM Automate and data integration tools.

- Knowledge of cloud-based Oracle EPM (EPBCS/PBCS) and on-premises solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle EPM Certification.

- Experience in integrating Oracle EPM with other ERP systems.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
