About the Role :
We are seeking experienced and skilled Oracle EPM Consultants to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM cloud technology, particularly FCCS and/or HFM, and experience across multiple verticals.
These roles require professionals who are proactive, client-focused, and eager to contribute to the success of diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle EPM solutions, specifically FCCS and/or HFM.
- Develop and optimize financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into EPM system configurations.
- Leverage integration tools such as ODI and FDMEE for data integration tasks (preferred).
- Stay updated and show openness to learning new EPM technologies and platforms.
- Provide strong functional guidance on planning, budgeting, and financial consolidation processes.
- Work across the full project life cycle, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
- Efficiently handle remote project delivery and communicate effectively with global teams.
- Travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
Skills & Competencies :
Technical Expertise :
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, HFM).
- Expertise in creating reports using Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.
- Working knowledge of integration tools like ODI and FDMEE (an added advantage).
Functional Proficiency :
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Proven ability to implement solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
Project Delivery :
- Minimum of 4 full project life cycle experiences in Oracle EPM implementation.
- Expertise in remote delivery models and global project management.
Communication & Collaboration :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to present complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
