• General Ledger Accounting concepts & Processing
• Required to have a good knowledge of accounting concepts relatedto Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet
• Understanding of General Accounting, month close procedure, Accounts Payable andAccounts Receivables
• Good understanding of the outsourced environment and well-versedwith client management
• Have extended experience in managing day-to-day accounting and operationsteams in third-part BPO set up
• Ability to manage demanding clients through improvement planningand long-term vision of improving service levels
• Have extensive experience in process review, continuous processimprovement and driving efficiency in team
• Ensuring regular governance with various stakeholders and clientto ensure zero surprise operations
• Managing team size of 25 people managing various roles in AP,P2P, AR, GL, Reporting, Chatfield maintenance, verification ofinvoices, expense verification and responsible for their career and successionplanning
• Review existing process and explore ways of improving processthrough various tools and technology

• A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvisingtechnology to suit the organization s needs
• B. Com/M. Com/MBA/CA degree along with prior exposure of 12 -14years in managing R2R, P2P and O2C processes
• A flair for leading a team and bringing about the best in people(minimum 2 years prior experience in a managerial role)
• The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly lookfor ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
• An ability to understand the organization s goals and objectivesand link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition tooverseeing delivery and operations
• Crossed the boundaries of operational delivery and stepped intothe space of organizing, planning, and development
